We had a great time at the Liverpool International Music Festival.
We were delighted to provide access scanning and ticket verification at this popular event.
We worked closely with the great team from Ticket Quarter, the ticket agent for both on-line and on-site sales, who used our api to send data on new ticket sales through to our access system in real-time. That meant that as soon as a ticket was purchased, we could scan it in at the gate.
The live reporting meant that event control knew minute-by-minute how many people were on site, how busy the gates were and much more.
Our experienced gate supervisors were in action too,working closely with the LIMF volunteers and security to ensure the gates ran efficiently and that we got people onto site quickly.
