It was wonderful to be at the opening of Dubai Expo 2020, to see the stunning UAE Pavilion opening its doors and welcoming its first visitors.
Designed in the shape of a falcon in flight, the UAE Pavilion is a major attraction at Dubai Expo. Its 6 different zones, telling the story of The Land of Dreamers Who Do.
We are delighted to be providing the ticketing and Guest Management System for the UAE Pavilion.
With large numbers of people wanting to visit the UAE’s home Pavilion, the Guest Management System is designed to maximise the number of visitors able to enjoy the Pavilion, while ensuring visitor safety and comfort. Managing capacity in the different zones being critical, especially given the challenges of Covid.
Built on InSite’s Capacity Management platform, the Pavilion Guest Management System integrates ticketing, automation, live dashboards and real-time control, to give Ops Control, and staff on the ground, the information and tools they need to monitor and manage visitor flow and safety.
Fully flexible, the Guest Management System gives the operations team the power to actively respond to changing site, visitor and Covid requirements.
