Our friends from My Event Worldwide delivered a great evening with Quancon 2020 and we were really pleased to be supporting them with event badging, registration and check-in.
Booking was via Eventbrite and with our live feed it was easy to produce badges and check-in even late bookers.
We usually print event badges on-demand when attendees arrive but occasionally, as with Quancon, it’s pre-print that’s required and we must admit it does look rather nice when they are all laid out ready for collection.
Our live dashboard let the organisers see exactly how many people were on site, and who had and hadn’t arrived, which, given some transport disruption on the evening, was so important for the speakers and caterers.
