We had a great time running event registration at the E3 Business Expo where we welcomed attendees and issued attendees’ badges.
The barcoded badges were scanned into the seminars providing information on attendance and allowing seminar materials to be circulated.
Exhibitors could also scan attendees’ badges to record interest and for later follow-up.
The E3 Business Expo is organised by 1 Events Media headed by the dynamic Mubarak Chati. It’s always a pleasure to work with event organisers who really understand and care about both their exhibitors and the event attendees and it really showed in how well the event was organised and in the event feedback.
Working on the registration desk we don’t just welcome people to the event but also say goodbye as they leave. It was wonderful seeing people leaving enthused and energised at the end of the day and to get such great feedback as they left.
