Infiniti Gate - Frankfurt Motorshow

On the evening before the Frankfurt motorshow Infiniti hosted an exclusive party, for executives, partners and guests with numerous special guests including Sebastian Vettel in attendance.
When guests arrived they were greeted, registered and issued with a wristband using the InSite systems. The wristbands were then scanned in and out of the event giving accurate, real-time information on attendance. VIPs were flagged in the system, and greeted and escorted appropriately. The realtime data availability meant that members of the Infiniti team could also be kept informed as their personal guests arrived.
During the party our roaming photography team mingled with guests looking for photo opportunities and producing Infiniti branded photos for guests to take home as an event reminder, and also for posting to Infiniti’s Social Media.
Post event Infiniti were able to analyse the data collected to enhance their understanding of the event and audience behaviour and help with planning future events.
